One of the worst if not worst dealer service I have ever had to deal with. They had my new 2026 vehicle after two weeks of my purchase. They did not provide me with a loaner vehicle until 9 days in. I always had to contact them for updates. I have emailed Dan George a timeline of issues and have yet to hear back.

When I picked up my vehicle, I respectfully raised my concerns with the service manager. He listened, acknowledged my concern, and said he would look into the labor charge and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up.
I then contacted Chevrolet Customer Care, who opened a case and attempted to contact the dealership on my behalf. According to Customer Care, they also never received a response from Applegate Chevrolet.
My biggest disappointment isn't just the labor charge itself—it's the complete lack of follow-up and communication after I raised what I believe was a reasonable concern. If there was a legitimate reason for charging four hours of labor, I would have appreciated a clear explanation. Instead, my concerns were simply ignored.
Based on this experience, I can't recommend Applegate Chevrolet's service department. Customers deserve transparent pricing, honest communication, and the courtesy of a response when they have questions about their bill.
Great experience! Having to deal with the car purchase issues nationwide, Applegate could not have made the purchase any smoother. They were prompt with updates and returned emails/phone calls. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Applegate Chevrolet and would definitely be a return customer if I purchase in the future.

My boyfriend and I are 3 hours away from home and this was the closet dealership to us and my boyfriends truck check engine light came on so we needed it checked out and they were quick to get the code for us and let us know what the problem was. Very happy with this dealership!

Chris Marsh was not friendly or even a good salesman AT ALL. He stated they wouldn't budge on the price without even talking to anybody then back tracked that same statement later in the conversation and still hadn't talked to anybody. I will be returning for the truck and a different salesman
This is an excellent dealership. My salesperson, Jacob, was very pleasant to work with. He worked with me every step of the way and took care of my concerns in a timely manner. The whole staff at Applegate made sure we enjoyed our short time there while buying a vehicle. Highly recommend buying through them if you're in the market.

While waiting for my truck to be serviced I walked around the lot and was approached by Bob, one of your salesmen. I told him I was just waiting but we engaged in conversation that reinforced why I purchased my truck there. No fake salesperson trying to push something for a commission. I was very impress with the work done on my Cadillac, it was quite professional and very timely, kudos to your body shop team for such a fine and professional job. However, when picking up Cadillac, I brought my pickup truck which need body work (Chevrolet Silverado) and was told I would have an estimate of work to repair this vehicle by Monday, May 17, and I don't have that estimate as of this date?
