Great experience! Having to deal with the car purchase issues nationwide, Applegate could not have made the purchase any smoother. They were prompt with updates and returned emails/phone calls. I told him I was just waiting but we engaged in conversation that reinforced why I purchased my truck there. No fake salesperson trying to push something for a commission. I was very impress with the work done on my Cadillac, it was quite professional and very timely, kudos to your body shop team for such a fine and professional job. However, when picking up Cadillac, I brought my pickup truck which need body work (Chevrolet Silverado) and was told I would have an estimate of work to repair this vehicle by Monday, May 17, and I don't have that estimate as of this date?
