Responsibilities and Duties

• Product knowledge expert, ability to demonstrate features and communicate benefits to customers. Build value in our products and our dealership. Radio connectivity and Onstar expert, offering subscriptions to our customers.
• Customer interaction with a warm, friendly and helpful attitude. Ability to set appointments and communicate by email, text and phone. Assist salespeople throughout the sales process by retrieving vehicles, performing test drives, and document prep.
• Skills- Friendly and outgoing personality, ability to enter data in computer accurately, phone/email/text skills, basic math skills, dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Creating and following a daily prospecting plan.
• Welcome our customers with a warm greeting
• Build trust with customers and display excellent product knowledge, close sales.
• Execute complete and accurate documents to ensure the legal sale of vehicles.
• Follow up with both sold and unsold customers to maximize vehicle sales.
• Demonstrate the highest of ethical standards towards customers and fellow teammates.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience.

LUBE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute Multi Point inspection
• Change Oil on all makes and models of vehicles
• Rotate Tires on all makes and models of vehicles
• Effective communication with Service Advisors

SERVICE ADVISOR

At Applegate Chevrolet Company in Flint, MI we have established a 90 year reputation of honesty, integrity and outstanding customer service- before and after the sale. Our Service Team is looking to add another Service Advisor to our Team. We are looking for an experienced Service advisor.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers promptly with a smile
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine all recommended maintenances based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish a follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and keep the customer up to date on vehicle information
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
